All services are subject to a separate agreement or scope of work, which may contain additional terms specific to the services provided.
2. Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Clients agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the onboarding process.
Approval Process: Client approvals are required at various project stages. Delays in approvals may result in project delays.
Intellectual Property: You must ensure that all content provided to us does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Payments
- All projects require a deposit or payment upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Invoices are due upon receipt unless other terms are stated.
- Late payments may result in project delays and/or late fees.
4. Refund Policy
We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are based on the amount of work completed up to the date of the request.

5. Limitation of Liability
Creative Digital Studio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for any loss of data, profit, or business opportunities.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Creative Digital Studio LLC retains the copyright to all original materials created until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the intellectual property rights may be transferred to the client as specified in the agreement.
7. Confidentiality
All parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of a project, unless required by law.
